ShipRescue

Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · Effective 8 September 2026 · Operator: SoftArchium (Suraj Chavda), India · Contact: support@softarchium.com

1. What ShipRescue is

ShipRescue is an app for Shopify stores that analyses a store's shipping configuration to diagnose why checkouts fail at the delivery step, estimate the cart value blocked by those failures, and suggest fixes. By installing the app or using this website you agree to these terms.

2. Diagnoses are advice, not guarantees

ShipRescue's findings are computed from a snapshot of your configuration and a simulation of Shopify's rate resolution. We work hard on accuracy, and where Shopify's behaviour is genuinely ambiguous the app says "verify at checkout" rather than guessing. But Shopify's platform changes, and a diagnosis can be incomplete or out of date. Blocked-value figures are deliberate lower bounds ("at least $X"), not measurements of lost revenue. You remain responsible for your store's configuration and for verifying any change you make. ShipRescue never changes your shipping settings; every fix is applied by you. The one thing it writes is a draft order, and only when you ask it to.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Billing

Paid tiers are billed through the Shopify Billing API on the prices and trial terms shown at the time of subscription. A free trial of up to 14 days is offered once per store, not once per subscription: a store that cancels and resubscribes is offered whatever remains of its original trial, not a fresh one. You can cancel any time by uninstalling the app or downgrading; Shopify's billing rules govern proration and refunds.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftArchium is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost revenue arising from use of the app or this website; our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Data

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date; continued use after a change is acceptance. We may suspend service for abuse or as required by Shopify's platform rules. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of India.
